This policy explains what personal data The Right Looq collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email address and, if you choose, your WhatsApp number.
- What you save: favourite items and colour boards.
- Style Concierge requests: the colours, styles, fabrics, sizes and budget you tell us.
- Clicks on "View at boutique": we count which item was clicked and when, without your name or account, to show boutiques how many visitors we send them.
- Basic, anonymous page statistics to understand which pages are used.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, keep your boards, deliver the Style Concierge service, reply to you, and, only if you agree, send you news about new colours and boutiques. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who sees it
Our team and Style Concierges, and the service providers that host the website and database for us. Boutiques only receive visitor totals, never your personal details, unless you ask a concierge to contact a boutique for you.
4. How long we keep it
As long as your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
5. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Contact us using the details below.
6. Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
