These terms apply when you use The Right Looq, including the free account and the Style Concierge service.
1. What we are
The Right Looq helps you find Muslim clothing by colour across many boutiques. We do not sell clothing, take orders or hold stock. When you choose an item, you buy it directly from the boutique, under that boutique's own prices, terms and return policy.
2. Product information
Names, prices, photos and availability come from each boutique and can change at any time. Colours on a screen can look different from the real fabric, so please check the item at the boutique before you buy. We sort items by colour carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every shade is exact.
3. Your account
A free account lets you see every item, save favourites and share colour boards. Keep your password private. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
4. Style Concierge requests
One request covers one person and up to 2 colours, 2 styles and 2 fabric types.
For each request, a Style Concierge searches boutiques online and recommends 10 to 15 styles. If none suit you, the concierge searches once more and recommends up to 5 more styles. After that, the request is complete.
Requests bought in a package are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once a concierge has started searching, the request counts as used and cannot be refunded. Boutique visits by a concierge are an extra service, priced separately.
5. Fair use
Please do not copy the catalogue in bulk, scrape the site, or use it to send unwanted messages to boutiques or other users.
6. Liability
We are not a party to your purchase from a boutique and are not responsible for the products, delivery or service of any boutique. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
